ENTR3015: Blog #3: Envisioning Future and Source of Motivation

As a Software Developer and Entrepreneur, I have always been driven by a desire to make a brilliant life for me and my loved ones, that is straight out of movie montage, through technology and business ventures. The next 10, 20, and 30 years present an exciting journey of personal and professional growth for me. With careful planning and unwavering determination, I hope to achieve significant milestones that will shape my future and allow me to live an adventurous and fun life.

In the next 10 years, my primary focus is on diversifying my investments and establishing a solid financial foundation. Building upon my existing and future financial literacy, I aim to expand my portfolio by exploring mutual funds, Roth IRAs, personal businesses. These investments will not only provide financial security but also create opportunities for long-term growth. Additionally, I aspire to start a technology-based business. I believe that my expertise in computer science and entrepreneurship will allow me to contribute meaningfully to the evolving tech industry. Alongside these endeavors, I plan to invest in real estate, collaborating with family and along with my loved ones to explore profitable ventures. By pursuing these goals, I aim to establish my reputation in the professional world and gain financial independence, ensuring a stable future for myself and my future family.

Establishing success of my endeavors in the first 10 years, I envision the next 20 years as a period of exponential growth and further exploration. By then, I hope to have several businesses under my belt, each contributing to my entrepreneurial experience. Armed with the knowledge and lessons learned from previous ventures, I will be well-equipped to embark on new start-up ventures and take calculated risks. With a diversified and well-managed portfolio, I will probably allow the tree to flourish and bear fruits. Achieving financial stability during this phase will alleviate any concerns about costs and enable me to provide a comfortable life for my family, and hopefully retire from work but not from thrill.

Looking ahead to the next 30 years, my ultimate goal is early retirement and the freedom to pursue personal passions. By this point, I would have retired and would be an active father for my children, constantly involved with them and my wife, allowing me to step back from the demanding professional life. This transition will provide me with the opportunity to prioritize quality time with my loved ones, creating cherished memories and strengthening familial bonds. Embracing a personal and fun-filled life, I plan to explore new hobbies, travel the world, and own a huge piece of green land where I aim to build my vacation home.

Ultimately, my vision is to retire early, enjoying a well-deserved break from the rat race and embracing a fulfilling life with my loved ones. With determination, perseverance, and a strong work ethic, I am confident that I can turn these aspirations into reality.
